This section tries to help with common problems and questions related to this page. If you cannot find the answer to your specific problem, please use  this form to ask us for assistance.

There are several things which can be done to help:

• Check that there are no spaces before nor after the username and password.
• Make sure that cookies and Java script are enabled.
• Make sure that the password and username are the correct ones.

If these do not work, please  contact us, and we will do our best to solve the problem.

Unfortunately, font scaling is currently not possible in Internet Explorer. If you need to change the font size, please use a Mozilla browser.

If you have the possibility to edit the pages from the backend, you have a link "Edit this page - on" when you log in on the login panel. After you click it, you get the pencil-shaped sign in the pages. You can edit the pages by clicking on it.

In order to edit extranet pages, simply click "log out" after clicking the link "Edit this page - on".

In order to stop editing pages, click on the link ""Edit this page - off" which appear instead of the "Edit this page - on".

1. Login into the intranet section and browse to Virtual Office >> Userlist >> Profile.
2. Delete the fields "Password" and "Password (again)" and fill them out with your new password!
3. Click on Submit. The System will show you a summary. In order to save changes in the database, click a second time on the "Submit" - Button!
